It does not cover Gradelink (our student information system), Google Forms, or any other third-party service we link to — each has its own privacy policy. 2. Information we collect This website does not itself host inquiry, registration, or donation forms. Those actions happen on third-party services we link to: - School inquiries: an embedded Google Form (Google's privacy policy applies). - Enrollment and re-enrollment: Gradelink, our student information system. - Parent portal (grades, attendance, announcements): Gradelink. - Donations: our donation processor (linked from the Donate page). We do collect limited technical data automatically when you visit (see "Cookies" below), and the contact details you send us directly by phone or email. 3. Cookies We use only strictly necessary cookies — none require your consent under CCPA/CalOPPA, and we don't use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. 4. FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) Student education records (grades, attendance, discipline, enrollment) are maintained in Gradelink, not on this public website. Parents and eligible students may request access to, or correction of, education records by contacting the school office directly. 5. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) This website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its own forms. 6. Data security Administrative and student-related systems are access-controlled and audited. 7.
